Our beautiful mum, Bronwyn passed away very peacefully on Monday 10th October, after a short battle with a very aggressive cancer.
We are so proud of mum’s incredible work, and will miss her delicious creations. Thank you to those who have supported her business over the years. It has been very sweet to read through a mountain of thank you cards from former customers – she kept them all, and genuinely cared about creating cakes and confectionery to the highest standard.

We pray that God would give those who are grieving the deceased the fortitude and determination to move on with their lives. One of the most agonizing sensations that may be experienced on earth is the loss of a loved one. Everyone who is going through a terrible time as a result of this death is in our thoughts and prayers at this time.
It is necessary for there to be a destination at the conclusion of every voyage. The journey of the departed person here on earth has regrettably come to an end now that they have passed away. No one wants to die. Even people who have a strong desire to see heaven do not wish to perish in order to accomplish their goals. And yet, we will all arrive at the same place someday: the grave. No one has ever been able to avoid it, which is exactly how it should be given that death is almost certainly the single best development in the history of existence. It is the agent of transformation in life. It gets rid of the old things so that room can be made for the new ones.
