Trade-in deals have become the norm in the mobile industry, but what if your old phone is too old to fetch a good price or you don’t want to part with it? Samsung US is running a new promo on its foldables that offers discounts even without a trade-in.
Samsung US deals for the Galaxy Z Fold4 and Z Flip4 include discounts if you get a tablet, watch or buds
There are two options for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4. The first is a free memory upgrade – the 512GB option is down to $1,500 ($120 off), making it the same price as the 256GB base model. The second option is a $350 discount on the 1TB model, which brings its price down to $1,810. You can have a closer look at the offer on Samsung.com.
By the way, if you do have some old devices you no longer need, you can take advantage of the enhanced trade-in deal. Samsung will give you up to $1,000 credit for your first device – a target made easier to reach by the $300 guaranteed credit for a Galaxy device in any condition. Even an old Galaxy Note10 (non-plus) will fetch $550 if it’s in good condition (and $375 if it’s not). With enhanced trade-in you can send in a second device as well. Also, the $120/$350 discounts continue to apply.
If you prefer the smaller Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4, that too comes with a free memory upgrade – the 256GB model is $900 ($60+$100 off), matching the price of the 128GB one. Or you can grab the 512GB one for $1,130 (with a $150 discount). Check out the deal on Samsung.com.
And you can go the trade-in route too with up to $700 in enhanced-trade in for the first device with a $200 guaranteed credit for the first Galaxy device you send in (regardless of its condition). That means that if you have a Galaxy S7 kicking around, Samsung will give you $200 for it even if the screen is cracked (that’s a lot more than you’ll get for it on eBay – S7 phones in okay condition are under $100). That same Galaxy S7 will be worth $300 if you’re getting the Z Fold4 instead (because of the higher guaranteed credit).
Note that these prices are for unlocked phones, there are separate deals from T-Mobile and AT&T.
