Shooting In Savannah GA Today — The Waters Avenue and East Montgomery Cross Road shooting is being looked into by the Savannah Police Department. According to Savannah Police, there were non-life-threatening injuries from the incident.
The man, according to police, was taken to the hospital. Currently, they are still doing their investigation.

Clayton County – Following a chase that resulted in a SWAT standoff with a murder suspect, a Georgia State Patrol K-9 officer was killed in the line of duty on Friday morning. K-9 officer Figo was shot by the driver after being thrown into the car by his handler. The driver was shot and killed on the spot after a shootout between troopers, deputies, and the driver.
