Moreover, the club is said to be Waka Sabadell nightclub where the incident took place. Shock waves are coming from Sabadell, Spain where sexual assault cases continue to add. It is not the first time when we are hearing of sexual assault on a girl in a nightclub in Spain. Less than six months ago, such kind of case was also reported. Last weekend a minor was assaulted sexually and raped inside the premise of nightlife. Thus the City Council of Sant Quirze del Valles asked the Generalitat to seize the Waka Nightclub immediately.

On Tuesday, a public letter denounced the authorities for the incident. “This is the second time in less than six months”. However, the incident that happened in Waka Nightclub comes within the administrative limits of Seal of Sabadell area. It is an industrial estate between Sant Quirze and El Valles.
Reportedly, on Sunday, the Mossos were informed about the rape of the minor in the nightclub at around 6:15 am. Later the victim was taken to the medical center for a checkup. The city council is showing its full support to the victim. ERC also has charged its fellow party members in the municipality with sexual assault cases.
In fact, ERC city council has clearly spoken that the council will not tolerate repeated sexual assault activities. ERC stated, “It cannot be tolerated that the Generalitat continues to allow repeated sexual assault activities. As a municipality, we do not have the power to order its closure. and we have called on countless occasions for public entertainment and leisure activities.
