Aaron Kent of @brokensleep is in hospital with a severe brain bleed.
Aaron Kent is a working class poet and publisher born and raised in Cornwall. He runs Broken Sleep Books and has had several pamphlets released.
Aaron Kent was recently rushed to hospital after suffering bleeding on the brain, he remains in a stable condition, but he is a long way from out of the woods.
Aaron Kent is a pillar of the poetry community and through his press, Broken Sleep Books, he’s given lots of opportunities to writers, as well as raising bags of money for charity. A tireless poet, campaigner and family man, this is your opportunity to give back to Aaron.
The proceeds will be given to his wife and children Emma, Rue and Otis and Aaron’s poetry press Broken Sleep Books.
This isn’t a massive ‘break the internet’ style event, it is just a small fundraiser to show support to Aaron in a time of need. There is no shame if you can’t donate, or can only donate a little. The most important thing is to keep on rooting for Aaron on the road to recovery.
Please write lots of messages of support and keep your fingers crossed he can read them soon.

Hello everyone. @charliebaylis6 set up a fundraiser for @GodzillaKent. If you’ve a little money to spare it would greatly help Aaron and his family in this awful time. Do send him all your prayers – he’s not quite of the woods yet.
