Alison Smeltzer Death – Dead: Alison Smeltzer Obituary, Cause of Death | St. James Academy Catholic High School announces the passing of their beloved one.

Through a statement on social media, it reads;

We are broken hearted to share with you that Alison Smeltzer passed away yesterday from her fight with pancreatic Cancer. Please join our community in praying for the repose of her beautiful soul and for their precious family. Below is a message from their family.

This evening, Alison was granted eternal rest.
On July 9, the hospice nurses gave a prognosis of 1-2 days. She surpassed all expectations by 11 days and left an impact on all of us. This evening at around 7:00 p.m., we noticed Alison had stopped breathing. She still had a pulse so we called the hospice nurse. The whole family gathered and prayed around her while we waited for the nurse to arrive. At 7:38 p.m, Alison was welcomed Home.
For the past 16 months, Alison fought with bravery and courage against all odds. If you ever sat down with her in this past year, you were met with joy and hope more than pain and suffering. She never complained about the unfortunate circumstances but took care of those around her.
Alison was so appreciative of the support and love that she felt on a daily basis from all of you. She loved listing the God moments she felt through the journey any time you sat down to talk to her. Our family cannot thank you enough for your prayers, your dinners, your cards, your desserts, your love, your support, all of it.
If you are looking for ways to support our family and honor Alison’s memory during this time, please donate to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network – https://www.pancan.org/
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything. It has meant so much.
God Bless,
Scott, Stephen, Sarah, William, Sam, Stephanie, Stratton, Skyler, Scotty
