Allison Mack in Jail for NXIVM Case; Sentence Scheduled to June

The former actress who was involved with NXIVM is sentenced. It is scheduled to be Allison Mack in jail in June.

Allison Christin Mack pleaded guilty in April 2019 to racketeering and racketeering conspiracy, including the actions of extortion and forced labor.

Allison Mack faces a maximum of 40 years or 20 years on each count in jail. She is well known for her role on the television show “Smallville.”

Allison has been facing charges since her arrest in 2018. She was often seen with NXIVM leader Keith Raniere, who was sentenced to 120 years in prison. She soon became a high-ranking member of his group.

Allison Mack, 35, of Brooklyn, N.Y., appeared in Eastern District Federal Court. She is facing trafficking charges for her involvement in the NXIVM case.

The leader of the cult that pretends as a self-group, Keith Raniere, 57, of Waterford, N.Y., was arraigned on similar charges.

According to the federal complaint, Allison Mack and Keith Raniere allegedly branded their victims and forced them to participate in sex acts.
An indictment was also unsealed in federal court.

United States Attorney Richard Donoghue stated that “As alleged in the indictment, Allison Mack recruited women to join what was purported to be a female mentorship group that was, in fact, created and led by Keith Raniere.”
