David Watson’s Cause of Death Remains a Secret

David Watson’s cause of death has not been announced at this time. His family also has not released any statement surrounding David’s death cause.

David was a friend to Coronation Street’s Michael Le Vell and would reportedly meet sometime to have a drink together at The Brook pub.

The magician was a firm favorite on the show. He first appeared in the 2008 series as an impressionist.

David impersonated three politicians; William Hague, Tony Blair, and David Blunkett, and did not proceed to the next round.

The star returned two years later for series four of the show.  David was brought onto the stage in a concealed cardboard box, with a ‘trainer’ named Nigel.

He then emerged dressed as the Incredible Hulk and danced around the stage carrying a wand and was buzzed off.

The judges remembered the magician from series two but he did not go through to the next round. He went on to appear as an auditionee every year up to last year’s series 14 for the variety show.

In the 2020 series, he managed to get through to the second round, with Alesha Dixon and David Walliams calling the act his ‘best audition yet.’

Of taking part in Britain’s Got Talent, Watson previously told the Manchester Evening News: “My first ever audition was back in 2007, but I never got through.

“A lot of people think the first time you get on TV is your first audition, but you’ve got to pass another audition before you even get to perform for the judges.”

The magician continued: “I just love being on the show. To be on TV is very good because I get recognised in the Trafford Centre, and people ask me for a selfie – I feel pretty honoured about it.”

“Ant and Dec are always pleased to have me back, and I used to get on very well with Stephen Mulhern before they stopped doing Britain’s Got More Talent,” he added.
