Laura Diaz (born April 27, 1975) is an American specialist golfer. Diaz was born Laura Philo in Scotia, New York. She won the 1995 North and South Women’s Amateurs at Pinehurst. In 1996 she won the Eastern Women’s Amateur Championship and reached the quarterfinals of the 1996 US Ladies Amateur. A business student at Wake Forest University, Diaz was named the college’s 1997 Female Athlete of the Year. Diaz became proficient in 1997 and lasted three years playing on the Futures Tour where she won three competitions.

She likewise played on the Ladies European Tour, where she was the Freshman of the Year in 1998. She joined the LPGA Tour in 1999 and won two, both coming in the 2002 season, when she completed ten top-10s. She has played in four Solheim Cup groups (2002, 2003, 2005, 2007). Prior to 2000, she contested and took her surname as Laura Philo before marrying her spouse, Kevin Diaz.
