NIAGARA COUNTY, NY. (THECOUNT) — Richard Howes III, of Lockport, New York, has been recognized because the pedestrian in a deadly Friday evening double-vehicle strike in Niagara County.
‘Dick’ Howes, 25, died after he was struck by a pair of auto close to Lockport Friday evening.
In accordance with reviews, Howes was on-foot crossing the highway within the space of S Transit Rd close to W Excessive St in Lockport, when he was struck by two automobiles round 8 p.m. Friday.
Howes was pronounced lifeless on the scene of blunt drive trauma accidents.
In accordance with on-line postings, Howes had celebrated his twenty fifth birthday on March 13.
