We found out about his death through a tribute posted on social media. However, his cause of death is still unknown.

Very sad to hear that Dave Pendlebury of Pendlebury Pedals on #Sanday #Orkney passed away last Friday. I will miss popping into his workshop for a chat and a laugh, and all the help and advice he generously gave me whenever I needed it. A true #cycling man through and through RIP
