Dennis Williams a 39yr old man has been identified as the apparent drowning victim Tuesday night in Sabine County.

According to what we saw on social media, Williams was swimming at Toledo Bend Lake Tuesday night, when he was found face down in the water.

The body of Williams was recovered near the Turtle Beach boat launch.
