Jody Jenkins cause of death is Covid-19. The Atkins School District says Superintendent Jody Jenkins died Tuesday due to complications from COVID-19. The district is about 50 miles northwest of Little Rock.
Jody Jenkins was tested positive to coronavirus on September 13, 2020 and since then he has been hospitalized and receiving treatment till his death was announced.
