Kyle Laborda Cause of Death | Passed Away | Obituary | Died | Funeral Plans – The family of Kyle Laborda has announced the passing away of their beloved one. She died on July 27, 2020.

Kyle Laborda, 34, of Huntington Beach, California was killed in a shooting. A North Texas woman shot and killed by her estranged husband over the weekend as he attempted to receive legal custody of their 6-year-old daughter, Little Elm police said.

Police arrived and found Laborda lying in the front of the home suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to Medical City of Denton hospital, where he died.

Detectives determined that Bailey and Laborda were married, but they had been separated for some time. Laborda was at the home to take legal custody of their daughter at the time of the shooting, Little Elm police said.

Little Elm police did not release any other details.
