Naomi Sutherland Obituary (1941 – 2022) – Brigham City, UT – What We Know!

Our loving spouse, mom, grandma, great-grandma, great-great-grandma and buddy, Naomi Ruth Lee Sutherland, handed away peacefully on March 30, 2022, surrounded by her household. Naomi was born in Denver Colorado on July 28, 1941, to Ed E. & Pearl Angel Lee.
Naomi graduated from Riverton Excessive College in Columbus Kansas. After highschool, Naomi met her sweetheart, Eugene A. Sutherland. They lived most of their married life in Utah. They’ve three kids. Chris, Gerald and Pleasure.
Naomi was a licensed minister. In Idaho, she was a member of New Meeting of God Church. She and Gene have been founding members there.
Naomi loved gardening, canning, strolling, canine and most of all her grand youngsters.
She is preceded in dying by her mother and father; a son, Chris; a granddaughter, Ashely; a brother Duane; a sister Retha; 4 brother-in-laws; 2 sister-in-laws.
She is survived by her husband Eugene; a son, Gerald; a daughter, Pleasure (John) Marshall; 7 grandchildren, Cassie, Shantel, Jeffrey, Johnathan, Sharaiah, Austin, Kalisha; 10 1/2 Nice-grandkids; 1 great-great-grandkid; 2 sisters, Wanda, Genevive (Jim) Man.
A memorial service shall be held on April 2, 2022, at Gillies Funeral Chapel, 634 East 200 South, Brigham Metropolis, Utah at 11:00 am. A celebration of life shall be held on July 28, 2022, at Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch.
