Naresh Kanodiya Death: Veteran Gujarati film entertainer and previous BJP MLA Naresh Kanodia moved toward the Gandhinagar police, looking for activity against the individuals who purportedly spread bits of gossip about his ‘passing’ on WhatsApp and other web-based media stages.
Irritated by calls and SMSes since yesterday late evening asking about his prosperity, Kanodia recorded an objection at the Sector-7 police headquarters here looking for activity against those spreading gossipy tidbits about his demise.
“In view of an objection recorded by Kanodia, we have documented a FIR against unidentified individuals under the IT Act,” police overseer J M Bharwad stated, including that examinations have been begun for the situation.
In spite of the fact that the gossip has been doing the rounds since yesterday night, police examinations uncovered that somebody had posted a photo, which resembled a ‘screen capture’ of a Gujarati TV news channel broadcasting the ‘updates on’ Kanodia’s “demise” as ‘Breaking News’. On being addressed, an agent of the TV news channel brought up a few slip-ups in the screen capture, which demonstrated that the denounced had assembled Kanodia’s photograph, foundation, text and channel logo to cause it to seem valid, the official stated, including that further examinations were.
