Ned Wymer, 72 has been identified as the victim in a fatal Thursday morning motorcycle crash in Kershaw County near Lugoff.
According to what we saw on social media, Ned Wymer was operating a Harley Davidson Trike, when the trike was rear-ended by a vehicle in the area of Hwy 1 and Longtown Road in Lugoff around 9 a.m. Thursday.
