New hunger report shows food insecurity on the rise – What We Know!

CHICAGO (WLS) — The Chicago Meals Depository launched a starvation standing report for the spring of 2022.

The information confirmed that meals insecurity charges proceed at pre-pandemic ranges and have been rising for the reason that final report within the fall of 2021.

In what the report calls a “disaster of inequity,” meals insecurity charges are considerably larger amongst Black and Latino households.
