Police have been guarding a cordon as we speak (Thursday) at a park in Wakefield after an incident during which a seven-year-old boy went lacking.
Police had been contacted in Wakefield at about 7.08pm on Wednesday by the household of a 7-year-old boy who had gone lacking from house.
A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police advised media group YappApp: “Officers mounted an instantaneous search and the boy was situated protected shortly afterwards in Horbury Park close to Carr Lodge Lane.
