College students from George Sanchez Collaborative Neighborhood College are heard screaming and crying after a white Ford Mustang slammed into the passenger aspect of the bus in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on Wednesday, Feb. 23.
“Somebody assist Lizzie,” one scholar yells as the youngsters scramble to exit the college bus.
The driving force of the Mustang, recognized as 49-year-old Mario Perez, was allegedly racing a blue Mustang at greater than 100 miles per hour earlier than the second of affect, ABC affiliate KOAT reported.
Perez suffered a damaged femur and was charged with two counts of nice bodily hurt by automobile. Witnesses instructed KOAT the opposite automobile sped away after the crash. There are not any reviews of that driver’s arrest.
Of the 23 college students on board, seven have been taken to the hospital. Two suffered critical accidents to their legs and one other had a fractured pelvis, KOAT reported.
“As a mum or dad, that will be my worst nightmare in case your child was in an accident on the bus,” native resident Jennifer Esquerra instructed KOAT,
