School closings: Parents protest closure of St. Dominic Catholic School in Bolingbrook – What We Know!

CREST HILL, Sick. (WLS) — Mother and father of scholars at St. Dominic Catholic College have been protesting the college’s closure.

They stated they wish to struggle to maintain the doorways open.

In an effort to attract consideration to their trigger, St. Dominic Catholic College mother and father are protesting to voice their issues.

“We’re a group, so I really feel leaving my youngsters protected with anybody at this faculty. We assist one another. We depend on one another. Now we have made long-lasting pals and the youngsters have made excellent pals,” stated Iris Alvarado, a guardian.

The Catholic faculty is closing after greater than 50 years on the finish of this month. The Diocese stated it’s due to declining enrollment.
