University of Texas linebacker Jake Ehlinger, Sam Ehlinger’s brother’s cause of death seems suspicious after Austin police announced he was found dead Thursday (May 7). Rest in peace.
According to Police, they received a call at approximately 12:10 p.m; they arrived in the 1200 block of West 22nd Street, where they found Jake Ehlinger’s dead body.
A two-star prospect Jake Ehlinger moved to Texas in 2019 after his high school playing career at Westlake, did not play for two seasons. He had been with the Longhorns for two years but did not play in any games in those two seasons. He was set to be a student for Texas through the 2021 season.
